What You Can Request

You may request deletion of:

• Your WhatsApp contact record (name, phone number, group/category classification) held in our messaging system.
• Your message history (inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages) associated with your phone number.
• Your communication preferences (subscription status).

What We Cannot Delete Immediately

Some information cannot be deleted immediately or in full, because we are required to retain it for legal, financial, or administrative record-keeping purposes. This includes:

• Payment and receipt records tied to a student's official financial ledger. These remain part of the student's account history even if we delete your WhatsApp contact record and stop messaging you. Deleting your WhatsApp data does not affect or delete your underlying student/account records — to manage those, please contact your campus administration office directly.
• Records we are required to retain by law (e.g., for audit or tax purposes).

How to Request Deletion

Via WhatsApp

Send the message DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp Business number: +263 77 810 7999. We will contact you to confirm your identity before processing the request.

What Happens Next

• We will verify your identity and your association with the phone number/account in question.
• We will delete the eligible data described above within 30 days of verifying your request.
• We will confirm once the deletion is complete.
• If any data cannot be deleted (see "What We Cannot Delete Immediately" above), we will explain why.
